Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with our product, if you are not satisfied we will work with you until you are.   Returns/Refunds only applicable within 30 days.

Shipping

Upon receipt of payment, items will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex depending package and location.  We offer various flat rate shipping based on order total on most items except ladders.  The flat rate shipping does not apply to our 4ft and 6ft ladders. Shipping times will vary between 2-6 days depending on shipper.  Our EZ Brace product always ships for free, regardless of order total.

Please contact us before placing orders for Alaska and Hawaii.  We are unable to ship outside of the continental USA at our stated shipping rates.  Once you contact us we will provide you with a shipping quote.  Flat rate shipping does not apply to AK or HI due to the higher cost of shipping.

Wholesale orders and custom frames do not qualify for flat rate shipping.
